Our Women's Intermediate Division is designed for athletes who are ready to take their fitness journey to the next level. Here are the standards that define this competitive category:
Strength and Stamina
Athletes must be capable of moving, pushing, pulling, or carrying a 50-pound odd object with control and efficiency. This showcases not only strength but also endurance.
Sled Drag
: Competitors should be proficient in sled dragging, a test of both strength and pacing.
Cardiovascular Endurance
A minimum requirement of being able to run at least 600 meters demonstrates a solid cardiovascular foundation, ensuring athletes can tackle longer distances during challenging workouts
Obstacle Navigation
The capacity to scale or climb a 4-foot height barrier showcases agility and adaptability.
Loaded Mobility
Athletes should demonstrate the ability to walk under a weighted load, which not only showcases strength but also balance and control.
Functional Fitness Proficiency
Athletes in this division should be able to complete most functional workouts, even if they need to be scaled to their current skill level. This encompasses various movements like lifting, gymnastics, and cardio exercises.
