The Women's Tactical Division represents the pinnacle of tactical athleticism, where physical and mental preparedness are essential. It's a stage for individuals who thrive in demanding scenarios and consistently strive to conquer new challenge.
The Women's Tactical Division at the Tactical Athlete Challenge is where strength, endurance, and tactical prowess unite. To excel in this division, athletes should meet the following standards:

Heavy Object Proficiency
Athletes in this division must confidently move, push, pull, and lift odd objects weighing at least 70 pounds. Demonstrating raw power and functional strength is essential.

Functional Fitness Mastery
Tactical athletes in this division should be able to complete functional fitness workouts at the "RX" level, and be confident in displaying mastery over a diverse range of movements, exercises, and challenges.

Endurance Under Load
A minimum requirement of being able to run at least 600 meters demonstrates a solid cardiovascular foundation, ensuring athletes can tackle longer distances during challenging workouts

Odd Object Handling
Competitors are expected to perform tasks with odd objects weighing between 75 to 135 pounds consistently for 8-12 minutes. This requires exceptional physical conditioning and mental fortitude.
